Reception and security
WTC Congress Center is leaning on its local partners to offer you receptionist and security guards services. That is how we grant your attendees a perfect welcome, smooth, professional and safe.
Our team will also put at your disposal its experience of the place in order to help you with the reception layout to grant an efficient people flow movement.
Layout and decoration
To organise your event effectively, our team is at your disposal offering its know-how and experience to design installations which meet your needs and help you to plan your different spaces. They will adapt to your expectations with a variety of arrangements: theatre, cabaret, classroom, u-shaped, offset, etc. We can also set up staging and scenic installations according to your needs (desks, round tables, warmers and low tables, podiums, etc.) and offer furniture rental to create unique atmosphere.
Other equipment can also be used to decorate and highlight your event.
Our team produces tailor-made plans for your exhibitions and also take care of administrative matters by drafting the security plan, mandatory for any exhibition.
Audiovisual
All Convention Center’s rooms are equipped with sound systems, screens and latest generation video projectors. WIFI is also available freely everywhere.
Video recording and broadcasting
Would you like to film your plenary sessions or your entire event? To broadcast it live in other Convention center’s rooms, on the web, or to record them, our service provider is compatible with all your requests and has available the equipment to deal with your needs.

Simultaneous translation
Your event is international and you welcome attendees who speak different languages ? Our Auditorium is equipped with 4 interpreting booth. Our service provider supplies the needed materials for translating and broadcasting your conference to the public.
Simultaneous translation can also be arranged in other Grenoble Convention Center’s rooms.
Highlighting and ambiance
Perfect to welcome your gala evenings, our space “Atrium” could be decorated with the colors of your event or take on any wanted atmosphere. Lighting the rounded roof, stretched out fabrics, luminescent balloons… we will offer you the highlight perfectly adjusted to your event an original solution according to your wishes.
Activities and team Building
WTC Grenoble Congress Center has surrounded itself with professional service providers to offer tailor-made activities adapted to your objectives : photo animation, creative workshop, playful circuit in the city center, collaboration games…

Booth layout
For your exhibition, we offer fitted out booth according to your needs. We establish tailor-made offers in accordance with your specifications to highlight exhibited products and services as well as shown companies.
Furniture rental
We have at your disposal a complete catalog to answer all your requests: welcome furniture, showcase, display unit, lamp, fridge.. with a large colors and material choice. Your booth will be unique !
Posters exhibition
Often used during scientific congress, it makes it possible to show your last research works thanks to a simple system. Out team will advise you to build a coherent poster set up regarding the different subjects and obligations.
We also provide interactive touch-sreens for “e-posters”. Very easy to use, those screens tale up very little space to exhibit lots of posters.
Communication
WTC Convention Center put at your disposal lots of solution and equipment in order to guide and inform attendees and also to highlight your partners and your event.
Indoor signage
The WTC Convention Center offers a wide range of solutions and equipment to direct and inform participants as well as to enhance your event and your partners.
The Convention Center is equipped with LCD screens in the lobby and in front of all areas. These screens can be used to provide directions (in particular the screens in the WTC lobby) or information (workshop/meeting name, etc.).
The scrolling or fixed display can be programmed to suit your event.
Communication medium
Outdoor signage
An outdoor banner can be installed on the facade of the WTC, alongside Place Robert Schuman. Using your event’s colours, this 8 m² banner is a way to improve your event’s visibility and guide your participants.
Catering
WTC Grenoble Congress Center can welcome until 650 attendes for a seated lunch or dinner and 900 persons for a cocktail.
